Chicago natives, Carl Thomas, Dave Hollister, and Donnell Jones have come together to form a new R&B group called The Chi.

Jones took to Instagram to make the official announcement. The “Where I Wanna Be” singer said that the three of them are coming together to represent Chicago and R&B to the fullest.

Dave Hollister stated via Instagram that this has been in discussion since 2009.
