Rapper and actor Common participated in Starbuck’s anti-bias training on Tuesday.
The Chicago native is a longtime friend of Starbucks owner and CEO Howard Schultz.
The rapper appeared as a guide in a series of anti-bias training videos sent out to 8,000 stores. For the four hour training, the video tool was viewed by as many as 175,000 employees.
Sources close to Common have reported that Common might be stepping in as the new CEO of Starbucks.
