But I’ve decided to add a little twist and do something different.
Let’s throw out the barbecue sauce and replace it with tomato sauce.
Let’s whip up tomato and basil oven roasted chicken, like a real boss.

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet with foil.
2. Combine the chicken, oregano seasoning, salt, black pepper, paprika, olive oilin a large bowl and mix until seasons appear even.
3. Arrange the chicken skin-side down on the baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
4. Roast the chicken for 25 minutes.
5. Simmer the cans of Hunts tomato sauce on top of the stove in a skillet at medium heat, whle stirring until it thickens and reduce.
6. Chop basil leaves
7. Pull chicken from oven, arrange the chicken skin-side up on the baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
8. Pour the Hunts tomato sauce over chicken, place basil leaves around the chicken, and roast for another 25 minutes, changeing the tempature to 400°F.
