I can always remember what grade I was in when I first heard a song. When Brandy’s “What About Us” comes to mind, I instantly think back to the fourth grade. I had the song was on a mixed cd with current hot tracks. A mixed cd that I had in heavy rotation.

Back then I didn’t listen to albums in their entirety. I didn’t listen to the Full Moon album until 2016. I listened to the rest of Brandy’s albums that year as well.

Full Moon was for sure my favorite of them all. I loved the futuristic sounding production. Full Moon was the singers third album and what seemed to be her breakout album into maturity.
