

The Netflix series, High on the Hog details America’s culinary history and how it was shaped and defined by African Americans. The popular series has been renewed for a second season. The show is based on food historian and cookbook author Jessica B. Harris’ book of the same name. The show is hosted by Atlanta food writer Stephen Satterfield, who is always the founder of Whetstone Magazine.
