Cheap, Quick, & Easy Mexican Fish Meal

I love fish. Especially baked tilapia and fried catfish. I also love Mexican food. Sometimes you want your favorite things combined. Here’s a cheap, quick, and easy meal Mexican fish meal. Pan seared tilapia with fajita seasoning, Mexican rice, pico de gallo, black beans, and creamy cornbread. Every is simple to make and all of the ingredients are under $25. Maybe under $20 depending on the fish that you use.

Photos of the ingredients are below. Instructions are simple. Not pictured is the pico de gallo. You’d need one tomato, cilantro, a lime (juice), and onion of choice.
