

Ingredients
2 cups Heavy Cream
1/2 stick butter
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
1 can of Lucky Leaf blueberry topping
6 oz of graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a bowl and then add the graham cracker crumbs and mix well.
- Place sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
- In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, whip heavy cream for about two to three minutes until stiff.
- Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Place the ice cream mixture, blueberry topping, and graham cracker crust mix into a pan. Freeze for 4-6 hours.
