Tron Page Makes A Return with
New EP, Ascension

Hailing from Grant Houses in Harlem, New York, artist Tron Page has released his latest project, Ascension. The three track EP is a follow up to 2021’s Opulent Mindset.

What inspired the EP title?

I named this EP “Ascension” because after the last album “Opulent Mindset” I experienced personal growth, spiritual enlightenment, transcending challenges. It’s like I reached a higher state of being. Which is reflected in the music and lyrics of this project.

Why you feel it was time to release it?

It was strategically chosen. I reached personal milestones in my music career and the timing was perfect to come out with something fresh to share my experiences with my audience. This project showcases my evolution and experiment with new flows and sounds. This project offers a glimpse into my evolution as an artist, and it’s going to resonate with people.

Did you work closely with the producers on the tracks?

I had a close collaboration with the producers on this project. “Capo Dei Capi,” the project’s intro, was crafted by Sincere Noble, known for his work with Styles P, G Unit, and Dark Lo. Additionally, “Tell ‘Em” was produced by the up-and-coming talent Nikanor, whose beats stand out with their distinct and unique qualities. “Interstate 95” was produced by Two Fifteen, a rising talent hailing from Philly. He’s known for bringing his distinct and original sound to the project.
I’m particularly drawn to beats that break away from the conventional and offer something fresh and innovative.
